Somerville Aluminum/Bellari Design Announces Appointment of Seven New Hires in Past Year
Uptick in hiring activity reflects growing demand for the 68-year-old home improvement and remodeling company’s unique approach to quality, service, and customer satisfaction
(April 12th, 2018 – Branchburg, NJ) Somerville Aluminum/Bellari Design, central Jersey’s largest full-service home improvement and remodeling company, is proud to announce the appointment of seven new hires to its firm in the past year. The new hires, who hail primarily from the central Jersey area and support everything at the company from logistics and operations roles to customer-facing positions in kitchen & bath design, include the following individuals:
Peter Albanese (Vice President, Kitchen & Bath) – a Wayne resident who joined the company’s Bellari Design division — a one-stop-shop source of products and expertise supporting the creation of beautiful, elegant, functional, and affordable kitchens and baths from design to installation — on March 1st, 2018, Albanese brings over 40 years of experience in the kitchen & bath design arena to his new role. A Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer (CKBD) accredited by the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) as well as a renowned teacher and lecturer in the field, “I love sharing knowledge and making clients feel comfortable,” Albanese said. “I’m excited to be part of the continued growth of Somerville Aluminum/Bellari Design and to help develop relationships with customers and create beautiful spaces.”
Donna Farley (Kitchen & Bath Designer) – a resident of Long Valley, Farley joined the Somerville Aluminum/Bellari Design team in June 2017 and is one of three seasoned Kitchen & Bath Designers located onsite within the company’s comprehensive and state-of-the-art 5,000 square-foot showroom. With over 12 years of experience in the field, including positions at several design practices as well as past ownership of her own design firm, Farley is excited about the value proposition she and her fellow colleagues can offer customers. “Our business model at Bellari Design is very unique in that we provide the full range of products and services — from a wide variety of different materials and finishes to design expertise — right on the premises, making for an easy and convenient experience,” Farley said. “We’re dedicated to providing exceptional service at any budget.”
Gary Krusch (Sales Consultant) – a resident of Bucks County, PA, Krusch brings over 30 years of experience in home remodeling sales and service to his new role, where he’s responsible for providing customers with product, design, and sales support. As a native of Somerville, “everyone knew Somerville Aluminum and they had a great reputation,” confirmed Krusch, who joined the company in February 2017 and is excited to represent the renowned family-owned business that was founded in his own hometown. Compared to other remodeling companies he’s worked with, “Somerville Aluminum’s final product and workmanship are second-to-none,” he said. “They’re the gold standard.”
Other recent hires to Somerville Aluminum/Bellari Design include Gail Zell, a Flemington resident who joined the company as an Administrative Sales Assistant in December 2017, George Petruska, a Bridgewater resident who joined the company as Warehouse/Permits Associate in December 2017, Cynthia Thomas, a Clinton resident who joined the company as a Receptionist in October 2017, and Mark Malinowski, a Morris Plains resident who joined the company as Project Manager, Kitchen & Bath, in February 2018.
