Responsibilities Include:

  • Estimate and design home remodeling projects for windows, doors, roofing, siding, decks, sunrooms
  • Follow up with prospective customers, update our CRM with customer and sales information, and present products to customers
  • In-home and showroom sales

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in the home remodeling industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Ability to work independently and execute on provided strategies and goals
  • Professional appearance
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. CRM experience a plus
  • Travel to customers’ homes and designated showroom days
  • In-person, Monday through Friday. Ability to accept customer appointments on Saturdays
  • Clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating service jobs and providing written estimates at customer homes
  • Perform residential roofing and siding repairs
  • Perform residential door and window repairs

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 5-years experience installing residential roofing and siding
  • Minimum 5-years experience installing residential windows and doors
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and walk roofs
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving history

Our company is experiencing continued growth and seeks a seasoned, client-focused Vice President, Kitchen & Bath to help lead the way. This individual will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high design and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have an ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a talented staff of designers and support personnel.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the Kitchen & Bath division
  • Motivate and mentor experienced designers and support personnel
  • Demonstrate expertise with in-home and showroom selling
  • Maximize the conversion of leads to sales. Generate referral and repeat business
  • Enhance overall sales program with continuous team education: present new products, arrange for vendor training sessions, review designer sales strategies
  • Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information from the design sales team to production and accounting departments
  • Regularly accompany designers to client in-home sales presentations
  • Estimate, design, and sell remodeling projects for kitchen & bath, additions, basement renovation, and other interior remodeling projects
  • Hire, train and develop design sales team members when necessary
  • Production is now a critical component of any kitchen & bath sale because of project complexity and duration. Candidate must maintain a close and seamless relationship with production to ensure a smooth and accurate customer experience

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Chief Architect or CAD required
  • Minimum of 7 years of kitchen & bath sales and design experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • Construction knowledge a plus
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
