We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Home Remodeling Service Technician for our team, someone who is energetic , ambitious, hardworking and dependable.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating service jobs and providing written estimates at customer homes
  • Perform residential roofing and siding repairs
  • Perform residential door and window repairs

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 5-years experience installing residential roofing and siding
  • Minimum 5-years experience installing residential windows and doors
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and walk roofs
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving history

In-Home Remodeling Sales Consultant

Full-Time | In-Home & Showroom Sales | Company Leads Provided

We are growing and seeking a high-energy In-Home Sales Consultant who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys helping homeowners design and invest in their homes.

Compensation

  • Uncapped earning potential (top performers earn $90K–$150K+)
  • Company-generated leads (no cold calling required)
  • Draw against commission

What You’ll Do

  • In-home and Showroom Presentations
  • Estimate and design projects for:
    • Windows & doors
    • Roofing & siding
    • Decks & sunrooms
  • Present product solutions and pricing to customers
  • Close sales and manage customer experience
  • Utilize company’s CRM to maintain customer interaction
  • Collaborate with our production and design teams to ensure project success

Schedule & Location

  • In-person role, Monday through Friday. Saturdays by appointment only
  • Travel to customer homes throughout our service area

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of in-home sales, home improvement sales, or construction sales
    (Design consultants, window/door reps encouraged to apply)
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Comfortable discussing project investments in the $10K–$75K+ range
  • Excellent communication and follow-up habits
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM usage (HubSpot experience a plus) 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and demeanor in customers’ homes
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
