Our company is experiencing continued growth. We currently occupy a 15,000-square-foot facility and have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse/Facilities Manager. This challenging position is an ideal fit for a motivated candidate who is a self-starter with an in-depth knowledge of the responsibilities outlined below.

What you'll do in the warehouse:

  • Management of warehouse and other warehouse personnel
  • Inventory control
  • Loading and unloading product/supply trucks and work vehicles
  • Dispatching of drivers
  • Pulling and staging production orders daily
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly warehouse environment at all times
  • Understand current procedures and develop new warehouse protocols for a growing business
  • Maintaining company vehicles, including work trucks. Monitoring mileage, wear/tear, and repair & service history/maintenance.
  • Training and mentoring warehouse personnel
  • Responsible for following and enforcing all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment within a warehouse/showroom/office setting

What you'll do to maintain our facility:

  • Maintain appearance and mechanical operations of entire building and grounds.
  • Oversee general maintenance, custodial (i.e., light bulbs, janitorial supplies), weather-related issues (i.e., snow plowing)
  • Open building and prepare it for public and staff use
  • Order and maintain supplies for building operation

What we're looking for:

  • Clean driving record and a valid New Jersey state license
  • Experience with forklift, towing, and snow plowing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including using Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • 3-to-5 years of warehouse facilities supervisor experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of maintenance and custodial work

Residential Remodeling Designer: Kitchens, Baths, Additions

As a third-generation, family-owned company, we specialize in windows, doors, siding, roofing, kitchens, baths, additions, sunrooms, decks, awnings, and whole-home remodeling projects.

We’re seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys designing kitchens and bathrooms but also has the vision and technical knowledge to develop additions, and major home renovations. You’ll work directly with homeowners to create innovative remodeling solutions, collaborate with our production team, and partner with architects and engineers when projects require structural or permit drawings.

What you'll do:

  • Design and estimate residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and other interior renovations
  • Travel to customers’ homes and assess design needs, take measurements, & apply construction details to design solutions
  • Participate in designated showroom days
  • Collaborate with the Bellari production team throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion
  • Develop expertise in Bellari’s product lines and sales process

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of residential remodeling design and sales experience
  • Strong grasp of current kitchen, bath, and interior remodeling trends
  • Knowledge of custom and semi-custom cabinetry and familiarity with manufacturers’ pricing programs
  • Skilled in managing the full design and sales process, including layouts, budgeting, and product selection
  • Solid understanding of construction methods such as framing, electrical, plumbing as it relates to design
  • Ability to read construction drawings for kitchens, baths, and larger construction projects
  • Clear and confident communication with both customers and team members
  • NKBA certification (preferred)

Things you must have:

  • Proficiency with Chief Architect or comparable residential CAD software
  • Ability to prepare conceptual floor plans, elevations, and presentation drawings
  • Ability to visualize and design space reconfigurations, wall removals, additions, and other structural remodeling concepts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – CRM experience a plus

Project Manager — Residential Construction

Our company is experiencing continued growth. We are seeking an experienced, take-charge, hands-on Project Manager to run our Roofing, Siding, and Outdoor Living division. We are looking for someone who understands residential construction from pre-construction through completion. You will be visiting job sites, communicating with installation crews, and ordering materials.

What you'll do:

  • Manage roofing, siding, and outdoor living projects from pre-construction through final completion
  • Coordinate information between sales, installation, and in-house production team
  • Review project plans and job specifications to ensure all components comply with building codes
  • Verify job-site measurements and project readiness prior to installation
  • Plan, direct, and supervise subcontractors and deliveries for assigned projects
  • Conduct final project inspections and ensure punch-list items are completed

Required:

  • Hands-on field experience managing residential remodeling projects
  • Experience creating material lists
  • Ability to read construction drawings
  • Familiarity with the municipal permit and inspection process
  • Ability to work effectively with installation crews to maintain schedules, workmanship, and job-site standards

Warehouse/Maintenance Associate

Our continued success is built on a strong commitment to customer service, product knowledge, and high-quality design and installation.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Warehouse/Maintenance Associate. This role is ideal for a hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated individual.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Report directly to the Warehouse/Facilities Manager
  • Pick, prepare, and stage job materials for installation crews
  • Load and unload material deliveries from vendors
  • Deliver materials to job sites as needed
  • Assist with inventory control and vehicle maintenance
  • Perform facility maintenance and janitorial duties, including:
    • Cleaning bathrooms
    • Sweeping floors
    • Taking out trash daily
    • Keeping the warehouse, showroom, offices, and kitchen clean
  • Perform snow removal, including plowing and salting grounds, when snow is forecast (availability during off-hours required)

Requirements:

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

  • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week; overtime as needed

  • Forklift experience and/or certification

  • DOT certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment

  • Construction background a plus, but not required

Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating service jobs and providing written estimates at customer homes
  • Perform residential roofing and siding repairs
  • Perform residential door and window repairs

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 5-years experience installing residential roofing and siding
  • Minimum 5-years experience installing residential windows and doors
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and walk roofs

    (Design consultants, window/door reps encouraged to apply)
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Comfortable discussing project investments in the $10K–$75K+ range
  • Excellent communication and follow-up habits
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM usage (HubSpot experience a plus) 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
