Job Responsibilities include:

  • Email and telephone communications with business related Professionals
  • Maintain executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings
  • Meeting agenda and necessary documents preparation
  • Accurately record meeting minutes
  • Filter and prioritize incoming communications for review with executive
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records and files
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and arrangements
  • Maintain Direct Mail and Email marketing lists
  • Manage communications with marketing firm, media buyer and digital marketing partner
  • Prepare for and assist in new-hire onboarding and off-boarding
  • Coordinate various network and systems items with outsourced Information Technology specialist
  • Maintain administrator role for office telephone system and mobile devices
  • Coordinate remodeling projects professional photography and maintain e-stored photo library
  • Maintain renewals of various industry memberships, affiliations and certifications
  • Plan and manage company events
  • Maintain and manage company promotional items

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Professional and effective level of written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 applications – Word and Excel and Email and Calendar application – Outlook
  • Hubspot CRM platform experience a plus
  • Three to five years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience

Our company is experiencing continued growth. We are looking for an experienced, client oriented, self-motivated Project Manager to run our Roofing and Siding division. We offer a friendly environment which gives you unlimited possibilities to shine!

Responsibilities include:

  • Review project contracts and coordinate information between sales, installation and production
    teams.
  • Review project plans to ensure all components comply according to job specifications and
    building codes.
  • Schedule and manage all installation teams to achieve efficient, high-quality standards of work.
  • Plan, direct and supervise personnel and suppliers for projects.
  • Ensure that project work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise job sites for progress, quality and cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Roofing and Siding installation required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating service jobs and providing written estimates at customer homes
  • Perform residential roofing and siding repairs
  • Perform residential door and window repairs

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 5-years experience installing residential roofing and siding
  • Minimum 5-years experience installing residential windows and doors
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and walk roofs
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving history
