  • Proficient at In-Home sales as well as In-Showroom sales
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years experience in the Home Remodeling Industry

Responsibilities include:
  • Build customer relationships and uphold our standard for excellent service
  • Address customer interactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with customers about the scope of work and estimates
  • Schedule service technicians for customer repairs
  • Develop and implement procedures to continuously elevate the overall customer experience
  • Coordinate workflow and personnel to achieve maximum productivity
  • Provide administrative support to project managers
  • Order and track production-related products and materials
  • Plan and maintain production schedules
  • Orchestrate job site deliveries with project managers, vendors, and warehouse

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Our company is experiencing continued growth. We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Associate, who is self-motivated, hard-working and dependable.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Pick and prepare job materials for installation crews
  • Load and unload material deliveries from vendors
  • Light-duty facility maintenance (i.e.: cleaning bathrooms and showroom)
  • Deliver materials to project sites
  • Assist Warehouse / Facilities Manager with inventory control
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License with a clean driving history
  • Must be able to lift (50) pounds or heavier
  • Work week of 40 hours. Overtime when needed. Must be able to work Saturdays
Other Criteria:
  • Forklift certification and construction background a plus but not required

Responsibilities include:
  • Review project proposals and coordinate information between sales, installation and production teams.
  • Review project plans to ensure all components comply according to job specifications and building codes.
  • Schedule and manage all installation teams to achieve efficient, high quality standards of work.
  • Plan, direct and supervise personnel and suppliers for projects.
  • Coordinate and manage all project resources through the lifecycle of the project.
  • Ensure that project work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise job sites for progress, quality and cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years Home Remodeling Management experience.
  • Can work independently and possess problem solving skills, requiring minimal direction.
  • Ability to read architectural prints and construction drawings.
  • Familiar with municipal permit process
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications; Email, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
